DESCRIPTION: This five-week intermediate course is designed to sharpen your soldering skills. Building on the soldering techniques students have acquired in Intro to Soldering: Rings, they'll create two silver ring bands with handmade decorative elements that are hollow formed; a shape or structure with an empty space inside. In addition to soldering and forming, students will pierce, file, sand, and polish. This is a great skill-building course for those of you that have taken a ring class or have equivalent experience.
